My passion for health and wellness began early in life and has shaped every chapter of my personal and professional journey. I grew up as a competitive figure skater, spending my childhood on the ice training in Lake Placid at the Olympic Training Center and ultimately earning my USFSA gold medals. Skating opened the door to incredible opportunities, including competing in Hawaii at Collegiate Nationals.
After skating, my drive for strength and performance led me into powerlifting, where I spent over ten years training and competing. I achieved multiple qualifications for USPA Nationals and proudly earned a second-place medal in the 75KG weight class. In 2024, I transitioned into the world of bodybuilding and had the privilege of stepping on stage at NPC Nationals in Dallas, Texas—an experience that deepened my love for discipline, dedication, and the pursuit of personal excellence.
Throughout this lifelong fitness journey, one truth remained constant: I wanted to help others reach their health and performance goals.
This calling guided my academic and professional path. I first earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree and have spent more than a decade in practice, specializing in spinal health and neuromuscular rehabilitation. My desire to broaden my clinical abilities inspired me to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing and become a Family Nurse Practitioner. For the past 8+ years, I have worked in internal medicine, witnessing firsthand the limitations of standardized, symptom-focused care.
These experiences ultimately led me to functional medicine. I have spent the past several years completing advanced training through the Institute for Functional Medicine, where the focus is on identifying root causes, understanding the whole person, and creating individualized paths to healing. This approach resonates deeply with my core belief: true health requires looking at everything—genetics, environment, lifestyle, mindset, and daily habits.
I feel profoundly grateful for the opportunity to combine my backgrounds in athletics, chiropractic, nursing, and functional medicine into a practice that reflects my passion. My purpose is to partner with individuals who are ready to optimize their health, restore balance, and take a proactive, empowered approach to their well-being.
